  • Canned or finely diced, Wild salmon24 oz (deboned)
  • Whole wheat breadcrumbs1-1/4 cups
  • Mayonnaise1/4 cup
  • Egg1 (beaten)
  • Worcestershire Sauce1 Tbsp
  • Extra-virgin olive oil1-2 Tbsp
  • Sea salt1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper1/4 tsp (freshly ground)
  • Herbs & spices (your choice: cumin/chili powder, basil/oregano, lemon pepper/garlic flakes, etc.)1-2 tsp
  • Buns (whole wheat or your choice)4-6
  • Favourite burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, sprouts, spinach, etc)4-6
