In a large bowl, mix the salmon, herbs, breadcrumbs, and all the other patty ingredients except for the oil.
Once the ingredients have been mixed, form it into 4-6 patties. Get the kids involved and encourage them to use their hands for extra fun!
In a large skillet, heat the oil over a medium heat. Sauté the patties for 2 to 3 minutes on either side until lightly browned.
Remove patties from heat and serve on your favorite buns with your choice of tasty toppings!
