  • Bacon1 lb
  • Zest of Lemon6 lemons
  • Miso1 L
  • Butter1 lb (diced)
  • Flour6 cups
  • Carrots1 cup (diced)
  • Onion1 cup (diced)
  • Celery1 cup (diced)
  • Hondashi Powder1/3 cup
  • Potatoes2 lb (diced)
  • 1/2 Wild Pink Salmonfilleted and diced
  • Cream1 L
6 Steps to complete

1. Melt Butter

2. Add Bacon

3. Add Water and Flour

4. Add Vegetables, Potatoes, Hondashi Powder, and Miso
